Your community support plan may include paid and non-paid services and formal and informal supports that both meet your needs and are covered within your consumer-directed community support (CDCS) budget.

Moreover, our support planner’s role will include educating you about CDCS and the best possible options, developing a community support plan, finding community-based supports and services, making a purchase and delivery arrangements for such supports, among others. We also provide technical assistance with recruitment, which includes screening, hiring, training, scheduling, monitoring, and payroll.
