Professional Service Group is a home and community based and Housing Stabilization service provider. PSG offers an array of services with the goal of keeping people in their home and community. PSG empowers people to make decisions about the services they need and who provides them. The company integrate different philosophies into service delivery including person-centered thinking, self-direction, and the recovery model.

Professional Service Group is committed to advocating and supporting individuals and families in achieving self-directed decisions or control when it comes to receiving the services they need. This is an option we provide to help those who need day-to-day assistance be able to meet their care requirements instead of relying on a traditional agency.

Professional Service Group seeks to help seniors and people with disabilities find and maintain stable housing, as well as get access to the services that will help them with their day-to-day activities — all within their control — and will best meet their personal goals and needs. Through our support planning services, we provide hands-on technical assistance to streamline their transition process.

We fully support and empower individuals in their journey to self-direction by providing access to stable, accurate, and responsive financial management services.

Our programs are consumer-directed and focuses on the individual’s needs and preferences. PSG service coordination focuses on individual choice, relationships, and community involvement. We value family participation, natural relationships, and circles of support.

We support people as they make independent choices for themselves as it is their right. We seek to promote positive self-esteem, full citizenship, and community involvement through encouraging the development of naturally forming relationships. Our mission is founded on the belief that as people grow and change, ongoing assessment of support systems and the persons’ satisfaction is crucial. Further, our mission encompasses providing other agencies and involved individuals with information and problem-solving support that allow them to respond to people’s changing needs and preferences.
